remove mc and add aws cli

We have few things to consider in favor of this change :

• mc configuration is a bit painful and can not directly use aws profile file which is our new way
• more consistancy with profile on onyxia itself
• minio is not trustable anymore

The drawback is for user which may dislike this change

For record, aws cli was added in #344. Regarding mc removal, we're not ready... yet
