INN should use everywhere a saner date and time format.
Parsing logs would for instance be easier with "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS -ZZZZ", as Russ Allbery suggests in an inn-workers posting. Todd Olson has also concerns about daylight savings and leap seconds in another message.
