Implement itzi-core API changes

• CSV mass balance is now a provider itzi-core#47 (done in change Simulation building to conform to itzi-core 0.4.0 #281)
• hmax and vmax are no longer side effects (hmax and vmax as normal output maps itzi-core#52)
• Raster and Vector output providers finalize() method no longer take any argument (hmax and vmax as normal output maps itzi-core#52)
• MassBalance fields changed (Improve Rainfall and Mass-Balance Precision itzi-core#49)
