Collapse button not working [bug]

The collapsible navbar button on https://pc.iitmandi.co.in/project_contributors is not working.

**How to reproduce:**
- go to https://pc.iitmandi.co.in/project_contributors

- resize window

- when collapsible navbar button is visible, click it.

**Expected behaviour**

Clicking this button should expand the navbar.
