Add the ability to know when a computed annotation is confirmed by the user.

Add to the detection attribute when a user modifies a track that it has been updated.
Do not adjust the confidence level when a user modifies or updates the detection.
Find a way to see it in the interface that a reader or user has modified the frame.  This could be some icon or something else on the track that indicates that it was modified.
