In the Normalization slides from Daniel, he showed Cells A,B,C with 10%,20%,20% capture, and later divides by capture size of 100, 200, 100 - Are these reprensting the % capture? because otherwise C should also be 200.??

I don't remember the exact details of the slide, but my intuition here is that total RNA count is a function of cell size and capture rate. Since we can't deconvolute those two (or it's very hard) then the normalization doesn't correspond perfectly to capture rate
