Could we get a new tagged release?

I try hard to not run dev-master versions in my applications. But I need some of the changes since the last tag (1.4) on September 11, 2019 in order to be compatible with PHP 7.4.

In my project, current version is unusable because of this issue 7023df7. A new version is needed.
