[Feature Request] Add a secondary scope for primary users

Right now admin users can manage all aspects of the instance. I would like to have a project manager role where those users would only be able to administer projects without having access to branding, privacy, security and other settings more suited to the admin role. Ideally project managers would only be able to manage projects they created or projects which where assigned to them by an admin.

This feature could enhance #63 via environment labels, for example: OIDC__PROJECT_MANAGER_GROUPS: editors, project_managers

As a solo videographer, i’ve no intention of supporting a multi-role setup anymore. I’m not planning to expand my videography business in that direction, and adding that multirole setup would mean extra code to maintain in my free time.

I hope you understand. As this is a FOSS project, i need to set some limits for myself and keep the scope manageable. I built ViTransfer primarily for my own needs, as a replacement for other paid options.

I’m always happy to review and accept a PR if someone wants to build this feature and is willing to help maintain it going forward. But I simply don’t want to spend time maintaining, testing, and fixing code for a feature i don’t personally use.
