Move towards stable API provided by FMP.

Plan

• Create new v1 base branch
  • Update readme to reflect the API being used
• Convert all endpoints to the new stable
• Move to correct categories Update API categories to align with documentation again #137
• Create long-lived legacy branch (for hotfixes)
• Release v1

Hi @marcpiulachs, I didn't start working on it. However, I quickly tried some endpoints that the library uses and they still appear to work. Can you create a new issue and give some examples that are no longer working.

Probably your account is older that August 31/2025 and you don't get this restriction. Hope it helps to debug

Thank you, @marcpiulachs. I have a pretty old account, and I'm using that one for testing the endpoints.

I'll start working on the migration to the new stable API very soon.
