Keep monitor awake Fedora os

I am trying simple function to keep monitor awake if motion detected on fedora gnome os. I spend 3 days with chat gpt to set it up but no luck too many permissions problem. What would be proper procedure how to set this up. i have wall mounted touch screen that play picture slide show, if somebody is near by monitor should turn on and go to sleep if nobody around in 15 minutes. Thank you for all your suggestion.

I did a quick search and found two different methods. Just need to test and write script to make the call. Other methods mention are programs that do a digital mouse wiggle. I have not tested.
