New DB for Data

Now, the tx of Domicon has the form of 'etx + data', where etx is the tx of GETH.
tx is in the mempool of GETH, but we need store etx and data in different DB.
Make sure that only etx is stored by GETH.
Persist data from mempool to new Database and provide query RPC
