Custom portal denied entry message #410
Description
Hello MV team,
I'd like to request the ability to add custom messages on portals which would display when a person who does not have access tries to use them.
For example:
A Builder (with rank Builder) tries to access the Master Builder world via portal '1', as the builder does not have the permissions to enter the portal a message will display informing the user they do not have access.
This message will be customizable in the 'portals.yml' file and incorporate Minecrafts color codes.
I feel this feature will be useful to many server owners and liked amongst the users of Multiverse.
