Identifier is being ignored for STIM-dataset

Situation:
sub-410014 for psychopy is being ignored with clearly erronous files within such as

• sub-430014_stim_v1_psychopy_s1_r1_e1.csv
• sub-430014_stim_v1_psychopy_s1_r1_e1.log
• sub-430014_stim_v1_psychopy_s1_r1_e1.psydat

The same is happening for the digi

It is not located nor noticed in the pending-qa
Issue seems to be stemming from get_present_ids as this is not being noticed as a present_id, why?

Task:
Figure out why sub-410014 for psychopy and it's folders are not being checked and fix the error

Action: Within get_present_identifiers there is a small section:

that checks if the file_name matches the session, the dtype and the subject between the file name and the file path so

Why It Fails

1. get_present_identifiers() extracts sub-430014 from filenames
2. It compares sub-430014 (from filename) ≠ sub-410014 (from directory path)
3. Validation fails at hmutils.py L785-787, hits continue
4. Returns empty list - no identifier is recorded as present
