The hydra-core and omegaconf file encountered type error unexpected keyword vesion base

When executing main.py, it always show the unexpected keyword vesion base, if any one can solve this happen, it stops me to proceed

It seems appear error another , it shows unknow host , can anyone know that it stucks in which point
