Need to show leakage detection details as well as leakage handling operation details.

• Tray leak sensor status
• Tray leak sensor leakage status
• (optional) Tray leak sensor readout / threshold
• BMS rack leak sensor status
• (optional) BMS rack leak sensor readout
• BMS rack leak handling status
• Ongoing leak handling (graceful tray shutdown, forceful tray shutdown, rack isolation)
• (optional) Ongoing leak handling details
• If not ongoing leak handling, last leak handling and results

This EPIC is about making leak status and leakage handling status to be exposed in one place for a target with enough details. The previous work only shows a summary of leak status and does not show association between leakage and the handling operations, making it hard to manage.
