Backport Additional GB200 B3240 Part Numbers to v2.1

PR #5544 adds the 900-9D3B6-00CN-PN0 and 900-9D3B6-00CN-P_Ax device identities to the shared GB200 B3240 NVConfig selector on main. release/v2.1 contains the earlier GB200 profile and both provisioning integrations, but it does not contain this selector correction.

Backport the selector change so DPF and Non-DPF provisioning on v2.1 recognize the same supported hardware identities as main.

What this involves

• Apply the exact selector and table-driven test additions from fix: pull in additional PNs to GB200xBF3 mlxconfig profile #5544.
• Preserve the separate GB200 rack requirement and exact part number matching.
• Do not change the NVConfig profile values or either provisioning integration.
