test changing reward ratios / dynamic rewards recalc

would be great to have at least one-two integration tests on changing rewards ratios in the vault
for that we have to emulate a few direct depositors into prism contracts (if our vault is the only user of prism contracts, nothing changes)
also there are calculations involved, u can cover them with unit tests if u want - from Dimitri
