Unfortunately not, the local OneNote API has no links to stick notes.

Given the error code 0x80042006 (the file does not exist in OneNote), do you have a "Quick Notes" or equivalent section created and set in OneNote's settings?

Yes I have one saved in documents/one note/quick notes.one
now it's not crashing anymore...it just serves as a shortcut to open a new quicknote in onenote, albeit without the preview function in flowlauncher where i get to input the note and title, which is the intended usage we're after 🙂
I just noticed this as well in the onenote plugin settings of flowlauncher settings:

Error creating setting panel for plugin OneNote:
Could not load file or assembly 'ModernWpf, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. The system cannot find the file specified.

yes it works now...but only with dark themed flow launcher 😅 the create and create and open buttons are invisible in white themed flow launcher windows. However, they are visible in dark themed flow launcher. Thanks for the fix!
