Title Search - Optimise - possibly cache page titles.... plus some other little suggestions

Great add-in, using it daily for title search. I haven't looked at the code, but for title search do you get an enumeration of all pages of all notebooks.
If you do, then do you refresh every title search
If you don't, could we have an option to do that and keep hold of the cache and refresh periodically or on request?

I think it would make the tool a lot more responsive after the first invocation.

For my additional suggestions, if you want me to flesh them out into tickets, let me know

• match all, in any order - on **pull request (could match pull request in any order found in the title
• "Previous Searches" - I will try a few criteria - and find myself re-typing them - hotkey for previous searches

A performance improvement for title search is included in the next update! Results are only refreshed whenever you open the Flow Launcher (FL) search window :).

Match all in any order, could potentially be implemented with an additional dependency (finding an alternate fuzzy search package for C# rather than FL in built one), though I am a bit weary of adding even more keywords and dependencies.

Unfortunately for "Previous Searches", I feel it is largerly out of the scope of this plugin. It could even be a whole plugin on its own (maybe even included directly in FL) as FL already saves previous searches to disk, so it would be a matter of reading the file and displaying the data.
Alternatively you could use the Custom Query Shortcuts in FL which allow you to create a shorthand for a query that you use a lot.
