Re-integrate upstream r-efi SMBIOS constants after r-efi/r-efi#102 merges

Follow-up

Patina #1653 completed the initial SMBIOS constant change and closes #1457. The upstream contribution is still pending.

After r-efi/r-efi#102 merges:

• Re-integrate the upstream change into Patina.
• Validate the downstream SMBIOS table GUID use against the published upstream release.
