Prof Rahman Saleem from LUMS has recently donated 23 compounds made in their labs that resemble the core structure of the Series 1 arylpyrroles. We sent them for testing at TCG Lifesciences and have now received the results. Unfortunately it looks like all the compounds are inactive.
