Improve userlist

Right now the userlist has only minimal styling and doesn't deliver a good user experience.

It should show a button and use the confirmation modal

@hamidosouli Awesome! I guess it would be smart to use one of the existing button components or create a new one that uses the buttonMixin.js - especially because of the confirmation logic.
