Add `Response.compose` for combining registered outputs

Add the Response.compose function.

A fairly common pattern in the current output is connecting two patterns with a separator, such as "In => Out".

It would be very convenient to have a function that creates a new output by composing outputs registered in outputs.ts.

I think we need feedback from translators on if such a compose function could end up producing output which doesn't make sense/isn't clear in some languages by combining outputs that are normally standalone.
