ConnectWorldUpdateStart is deprecated (ros ticket #5219)

This was submitted before pr2_simulator was converted to git and moved to github, so there isn't a pull request open.

@danepowell 's pr2_simulator looks like a separate conversion or import into git, so there isn't any common history to use for a pull request. You'll probably have to apply his patch by hand.
