How is Path of Building expected to behave?

Spears should not be equippable in slot 2, nor should any other weapons be equippable in slot 2 when a spear is in slot 1.

How does Path of Building behave?

Spears can be equipped in both slots and can be dual wielded.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Add a spear to the build.

2. Equip the spear in slot 1.

3. Equip the spear in slot 2.
