Avoid only using slot offset/order to assign default tooltips

It works for vanilla neos but other mods or future updates can 'break' the tooltips by changing the order or adding new elements. As example my LogixCleanupWizard mod adds a new CreateNew>Editor and the tooltips result in being off by 1 from the button they are supposed to be on. Not major issue but may be a consideration.

The mod is currently using the path that the button points to. I'm not sure how that is affected by more elements in the CreateNew dialogue.

Related issue of things that will can have more items than expected, in the inventory if you have any mod that adds options for given items, the buttons can have wrong tooltips assigned to them.

This is not because of slot order or element count, I just messed up the mapping from called SyncMethod to tooltip string for a while without noticing. This should be fixed in the most recent version. files on github.
