Build site search, including faceted search

While just-the-docs comes with some basic static site search tooling, it could be useful to have a richer faceted search tool, especially if it did some very simple visualizations with output.  As the data grows, we will have enough structured data about foundations here to make it intersting to provide faceted search by the data model fields we have.
