Introduces a
cargo-maketask that achieves the same task as the Github CI, but locally runnable.Current use should be as easy as installing
cargo-make(cargo install --force cargo-make), and runningcargo makein the root directory ofavr-hal(as in, clone the repo and the root directory it would be in).This isn't meant to be a replacement of the Github CI, or to be used in the Github CI, since the Actions has its nice UI for it built in, but designed to save time and resources on locally checking. Everything is inline with Github.
