Task: extract components from the redi-connect-front component library that we'll want to re-use across ReDI Connect and ReDI Talent Pool.

redi-connect-front/src/components currently contains a system of components broken down according to atomic design principles.

This issue may be started after #292 is completed - we don't want to start this before we have a Nx-managed monorepo set up.
