Document compatibilty between BetterReflection and native `ReflectionConstant` API

Information about compatibility with PHP 8.4's native ReflectionConstant API is missing in https://github.com/Roave/BetterReflection/blob/6.60.x/docs/compatibility.md

Notably I want to know if the isDeprecated() and (PHP 8.5) getAttributes() methods are available. :)

Hmm to answer your knowledge requirement; \Roave\BetterReflection\Reflection\ReflectionConstant::isDeprecated exists already, but not yet the getAttributes() - not sure if anyone has looked into 8.5 compatibility to add getAttributes() there.

As for the docs, indeed could do with updating :)
