When opening the extension’s webview, VS Code displays the following error:
Error loading webview: Error: Could not register service worker: InvalidStateError: Failed to register a ServiceWorker: The document is in an invalid state.

I can see this with new VScode update
Reproduction steps
- Start VScode and try to import Roo Code
Expected result
RooCode should work
Actual result
The webview fails to initialize, and the above error is shown instead of the extension UI.
