[Feature]: Implement ViewUsageExtensions

Description

The ViewUsageExtensions class in SysML2.NET/Extend/ViewUsageExtensions.cs contains 5 extension method(s) that compute derived properties for the IViewUsage interface. These methods currently throw NotSupportedException and need to be implemented.
