Link redirects

Fixing mistakes with the URLs at the moment is a big pain as it will risk breaking existing links, see for example issue #210 

We can perhaps deal with these sorts of issues better if we have the ability to do redirects like this:
https://johno.com/programmatic-redirects-with-gatsby
