Number Display for Binary Inputs

In Sebastian's first episode of the computer exploration, he built an adder and had a kind of display for the binary input of each summand. Is this already embedded, or was this a unique change that now needs to be done by oneself?
I know about the IN-4 and IN-8 blocks, but is there a way of doing it like described?

If you right click on the bar on the side of the input it gives some options, on edit there is an option for display.
