2.2.0 Preview 1

This release updates infrastructure around how built-in SMT objects are defined. New features include:

• Serializing auxiliary functions to the JSON/S-expression output
• Arbitrary-arity and and or (including future support for other similar constructs)
• Initial support for extended SMT functions. Only bvxor is defined in this release

There are breaking public signature changes, including:

• New methods on ISemgusProblemHandler
• Rewritten hierarchy for theories, now generically called SMT 'sources'. In particular, the catch-all user defined theory is replaced with a class, UserDefinedSmtSource
• Replaced SmtFunction on many public signatures with IApplicable, which encompasses both functions and macros. Use SmtMacroExpander to expand macros in terms
• Cleanup of some members previously marked as deprecated, as they no longer fit the current design
