[Documentation] Documentation needs expanding/updating

Current documentation does not list the various commands (`--reload`, `--exit`, `--help`) 

Might benefit from more documentation about the actual configuration options and the locale

General documentation issues with wording and layout, might benefit from better instructions for Twitch and Amazon setups, specifically images
