Recently I got my Pinecil V2 and wanted update its firmware. Pineflash was able to detect soldering iron (appears as COM7) but it coudn't flash it.
Program was opened with Administrator rights -
Soldering Iron Connected
Blisp: Sending a handshake...
Received no response from chip.
Failed to handshake with device.
Used different cables, OS, tried blisp itself - nothing.
But I found this post on Reddit, where user mentioned that he changed baud rate of pinecil COM from 9600 to 14400.
I tried it and it worked. (Pine flash still can't do it)
Now I can flash it with blisp on Windows 11 24H2
I understand that it is not the solution for Pineflash, but considering that this path worked, it can be a right thing to start with (I also see in logs that pineflash uses blisp as well).
