LMS Navigation for Historical Access hidden on mobile.

Description

The navigation/menu is not shown for LMS Courses on Mobile after course completion.

Actual Behavior

Navigation/Menu is shown on Desktop for a completed course when historical access is enabled.

Navigation/Menu is hidden on Mobile for a competed course despite historical access being enbled.

Expected Behavior

Navigation/Menu should always be shown on an LMS Course when historical access is enabled for both Mobile and Desktop.

Steps to Reproduce

Create an LMS Course with historical access enabled.
Add a few activities to the Learning Plan.
Enroll in Course and Complete all activities.
Review historical course on desktop and observe the menu/nav. Click between completed activities.
Review historical course on mobile and observe no menu, only the congratulations slide.
