Whitelist the seed oracle before submitting readings

The seed script creates a random oracle node but never adds it to the oracle whitelist.

Acceptance criteria:

- Whitelist the node with the configured admin before submissions.
- Use the deployed contract admin identity.
- Fail clearly if whitelist setup is unsuccessful.
