When I am trying to create LXC, and the template I want to use isn't present on the target node, it will fail. I wish I could specify I want the template to be downloaded if not present before creating the container.

I read #1409 too late, and I already have a simple patch on this branch that is heavily inspired by the resource_storage_iso.go already present in the project.

As discussed in #1409, maybe it's better to create the feature request before, what do you think about adding this resource ?
