In the gh-351 (ff-624), we implemented reference extraction for the news entries. One of the reference types is "author". Now we can use this reference to create tags with authors' names when they are available.
Notes:
- We should try to preserve the original spelling of the author's name as much as possible => use category
TagCategory.feed_tag (or add a new one?).
