For dynamic_data_compiler, the argument keep_csv=True by default.
For cache_compiler, it is False by default.
The docs say that keep_csv=True by default, although it's a bit ambigious whether this is true for cache_compiler.
I propose making caching the default for the cache compiler. (In addition to caching the zips, as I have proposed elsewhere.)
