I am trying to integrate live UPS shipping rates into a WooCommerce store and need a working Client ID and Client Secret. However, I am unable to get them because the Rating API is stuck on "Pending" status.
Current app status:
Authorization (OAuth) = ✅ Approved (Client ID & Secret visible but Rating not approved)
Rating = ❌ Pending
Every time I save, I get this error:
"There is a non-technical issue with your request, in order to resolve it you will need to complete and submit the requested information. Click Here to Resolve"
I have submitted the "Click Here to Resolve" form multiple times over several days but have received zero response and zero email confirmation from UPS.
What I need:
I need the Rating API approved so my Client ID and Client Secret can be used to fetch live shipping rates via the UPS Rate API for a WooCommerce store.
Question:
How can I get the Rating API approved? Is there a direct contact or escalation path to resolve this?
