How does the storm selection pop-out look when it's out?

From the user perspective, it's the duality of seeing all the information while being able to change up the storm suite. My preference is the first option, but not sure how cluttered it would get w/ the pop-out.

Also is there any other specific info that would be useful to the user here besides just the storm name (Region, CPD, Rmax)?

@trietmnj just a though, we could also use the table popup we use in other components to select storms here:

Agreed, this is good. In term of the attributes, I think the path of least resistance might be to keep them the same as Noah's table.
