create a high quality Getting Started guide #207
Description
There is already the readme paragraph, the wiki page, and the docs. Unify these and then either use the wiki or elsewhere create a legit high quality Getting Started guide/tutorial. Some topics to cover are project/depdency setup, basic Flapi terminology and concepts, etc.
