add option for the scrolling to be In a straight way only (horizontal/vertical)

How can I set the collectionview to scroll horizontal/vertical in straight way only.
meaning disable scrolling in "diagonal line".

@Asher1000... If you want to scroll only in one direction then tick on ‘Direction Lock Enabled’. Otherwise, you could scroll in both directions at the same time.

update - Direction Lock Enabled , works ok but not perfect. you can still make diagonal scrolling if you do diagonal gesture.(tested on simulator)
