The device keeps wheezing when nothing is happening. I had experience with this phenomenon from my ROG Ally 2023 When I did not know what CPU Boost is. This causes Temperatures to go hotter on the CPU than normal and try to force higher clocks.
On 13 Watts custom TDP or the device set to low-power profile the wheezing does not stop, the CPU is keep trying to go above 3000 mhz and the CPU is 5-7 degrees hotter than GPU.
I confirmed that this was the case by using "Decky" plugin "DeckyTDP" disabled the CPU Boost and suddenly there is no extra noise from the fans with the exact same conditions on VaccumTube, Diablo 4 and other video games.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Use SteamOS 3.8.4 beta on Legion GO 2
- Do not Use DeckyTDP & Legion remap 2 plugins
