Legion Go S - RGB LEDs flickering randomly when set to solid color mode (regression from previous version)

Device: Lenovo Legion Go S
SteamOS version: 3.7.25
Previous version: Working correctly before updating to 3.7.25

Description:
When RGB LEDs are configured to solid color mode, they flicker randomly and briefly. This was not happening on the previous SteamOS version and appears to be a regression introduced in 3.7.25.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set controller RGB LEDs to solid color mode (Settings > Customization)
2. Use the device normally
3. LEDs will occasionally flicker/flash

Expected behavior: LEDs remain steady with no flickering.
Actual behavior: LEDs flicker randomly even in solid/static mode.
