​UI text alignment issue in Chapter 9 (Russian localization)

​A minor UI bug occurs during the title card for Chapter 9 ("The Part Where He Kills You"). In the Russian localization, the chapter number and the subtitle text are misaligned and overlapping. While this doesn't affect gameplay but ruining joke.

This is actually the result of a long-running bug in Source games where game_text/env_message text is constrained to a 4:3 area aligned to the left side of the screen, regardless of the game's actual aspect ratio. It's only visible here due to the Linux version using a wider font for Russian text than Windows does, but the underlying issue exists on all platforms and languages, which can be quite a pain for custom maps wanting to display longer messages here.

It can be fixed by changing the width/height of the HudMessage panel to f0 (fill entire screen) in scripts/hudlayout.res, meaning it doesn't even require modifying C++ code. Notably, this was fixed in Portal 1 a few years ago.
