I think there's an issue on [line 546 (to line 564)](https://github.com/Watteco/Codec-Report-Standard-Javascript/blob/bf7b74d9a75cb81965b98b181e08b10808f92cab/decodeZCL.js#L546). Shouldn't it be EP9 instead of EP6?
